Norseman has working relationships with interior designers and colour co-ordinators to provide a full and comprehensive approach to and job as required. We also abide by the industry’s code of ethics, and will provide a written contract that includes the complete scope of work for the job to be undertaken.

We have an in-house staff of skilled professional tradesmen to handle electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring and painting. In addition we have staff trained in mold remediation.

Norseman Construction’s work is warranted for a minimum of two years from completion. We carry a minimum 2 million dollar insurable liability and all of our workers and sub trades are covered for workplace safety and employers liability. Our employees are fully licensed and permitted for the specific trade qualifications. Norseman maintains a current professional knowledge of current building codes; permit procedures and the technical skills to complete the work. We maintain a safe and clean work site and return calls within two business days.
